• The prices stated above is a baseline that a certain type of artwork marks up from. Final price will depend on the number of characters, the complexity of their design, background and deadline.

• The prices stated on this page apply for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For any commercial use please send a quote inquiry.

• The Artist retains all rights to the created artwork (e.g. an artwork might be used on Patreon, for selling prints and merchandise etc.). If you wish to transfer the rights of the ownership please provide that info with the request for the new quote.

• Contact me at InnaVjuzhanina@gmail.com with a brief description of your commission request. E.g. type of the commission, number of characters and brief info about them, any reference images (as .jpg or .png), preferred background and deadline. Please state any additional specific requests at this stage.

• Upon acceptance I will name you an exact quote and give you an estimate of the fulfillment schedule. Usually it’s from two weeks to two months.

• I take 50% of the payment upfront upon accepting the commission to secure your slot. When the time of the reserved slot approaches I shall send you an e-mail to notify of it. If no additional details/requests are added by the client I start working on the concepts. The client shall receive at least 3 rough concepts of the idea. Any major revisions are done at this stage. After client’s approval I move to the clean rendering and color phase. The client receives a small preview file of the final artwork. The client can request up to two small revisions at this point. Any bigger revisions come at an additional cost. After approving the final image the client sends the remaining 50% of the payment. Upon arrival of the funds the client receives a high resolution final .jpg file.

• Payment is done via Payoneer invoicing. It is an intermediate payment transfer service - you will be able to pay with your credit card on your end.

• The client can ask for a hand signed print of the artwork. I will print it out, sign and ship it to you. Hand-embellished option is also available The client covers the cost of the print production, embellishment (if any) and shipping. Please request a printing price breakdown when contacting me if you’re interested in receiving a print of your commission.

• Cancellation policy. The client can request a cancellation at any step. The cancellation fee shall apply depending on how far into the process the artwork has gone.
